超敏C反应蛋白和胱抑素C在2型糖尿病肾病早期诊断的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 本文通过探讨超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)和胱抑素C(CysC)水平的变化与2型糖尿病诊断的临床意义,得出结论:在DN的发生发展中,Hs-CRP、CysC浓度变化水平与DN患者病情成正比,可作为诊断DN的早期敏感、可靠的常规性指标。因此,在DN早期,HsCRP、CysC可为诊断及监测病变进展提供一定的临床价值。 This paper discusses the blood hypersensitive c-reactive protein urinary chalone (Hs - CRP)and C (CysC)levels of change and clinical significance of diagnosis of type 2 diabetes mellitus, draw the conclusion: in the development of DN, the Hs - blood CRP, concentra- tion of CysC level of change is proportional to the DN patients, can be used for early diagnosis of DN is sensitive and reliable routine index. Therefore, in the early DN, blood Hs CRP, CysC for diagnosis and monitoring of disease progress to provide certain clinical value.
