摘要
本文研究了石油磺酸盐KPS 2在砂管岩心中的色谱效应及其影响因素。流动实验结果表明单、双磺酸盐在岩心砂上的吸附有明显的差别 ,是导致KPS 2的色谱效应的主要因素。在复合驱体系中加入 1%碱剂碳酸钠可以大大地降低石油磺酸钠的吸附量和色谱分离程度 ;在稀表面活性剂体系中 ,聚合物与表面活性剂的不兼容性表现为水解聚丙烯酰胺的加入使KPS 2的色谱分离增加 ;在动态条件下石油磺酸盐进入油相中的量较小。
In this work a laboratory prepared petroleum sulfonate, KPS 2, with high disulfo component content is used. The separation and quantitative determination of mono and disulfo components in KPS 2 are performed by using HPLC technique. In a series of reservoir sand pack flow experiments with Na 2CO 3/KPS 2 and Na 2CO 3/KPS 2/HPAM solutions of various composition, notable chromatographic effects are observed for KPS 2 and explained mainly in terms of significant differences in adsorption behavior of the two components on reservoir sand; 1% Na 2CO 3 added to KPS 2 solution notably reduces the adsorption amount of this sulfonate on sand and the extent of its chromatographic separation in sand packs; HPAM added to Na 2CO 3/KPS 2 solutions enhances the chromatographic effect of KPS 2; little surfactant KPS 2 dissolves in oil as evidenced by the experimental data on Na 2CO 3/KPS solution flown through oil saturated sand pack.
