复方丹参滴丸对高血压模型大鼠血流动力学的影响 被引量:18

Effect of compound Danshen dripping pill on hemodynamics in hypertensive rats

摘要 目的 观察复方丹参滴丸对腹主动脉狭窄高血压模型大鼠血流动力学的影响.方法 大鼠于左肾动脉上0.5 cm处行腹主动脉环扎缩窄术,造成心脏后负荷增加而复制大鼠腹主动脉狭窄型高血压动物模型,8周以后采用直接测压法测大鼠灌胃复方丹参滴丸前及给药后0.5 h、1、2、4 h的左室内压峰值(LVSP)、左心室舒张末压(LVEDP),左室内压最大上升/下降速率(±dp/dtmax)、动脉收缩压(SBP)及脉压差(PP),评价复方丹参滴丸对腹主动脉狭窄高血压模型大鼠血流动力学的影响.结果 给药后2 h、4 h复方丹参滴丸可提高高血压大鼠LVSP及LVEDP下降百分率、降低±dp/dtmax、SBP,但对PP没有明显影响.其中LVSP在2 h、4 h分别为(18.21±1.36)%、(14.52±0.95)%;LVEDP 分别为(10.21±2.31%、(8.58±0.91)%;+dp/dtmax分别为(4730±211)mmHg/s、(3932±170)mmHg/s;-dp/dtmax分别为(2997±128)mmHg/s、(2781±120)mmHg/s;SBP为(161.1±11.9)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 Kpa)、(159.4±11.5)mmHg;与给药前及模型组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 复方丹参滴丸对腹主动脉狭窄高血压模型大鼠有降压作用,其降压机制可与复方丹参滴丸具有扩张冠状动脉、增加冠脉血流量并降低心肌收缩力进而改善心功能有关. Objective To observe the effect of compound Danshen dripping pill on abdominal aortic stenosis hemodynamics in hypertensive rats. Methods 0.5 cm up the left renal artery in rat was undergone encircling constriction of abdominal aorta, resulting in duplication of rat aortic stenosis hypertension animal model of load increase heart. Peak pressure in rats given compound Danshen dripping pills before and after intragastric administration of 0.5 h, 1 2, 4, H 5 time points of the left ventricle (LVSP), left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP), left ventricular pressure rise / drop rate (± dp/dtmax), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and pulse pressure (PP) were determined 8 weeks late. Effects of compound Danshen dripping pills on abdominal aortic stenosis, hypertension model of hemodynamics in rats were evaluated. Results The administration of 2 h, 4 h of compound Danshen dripping pill could increase LVSP and LVEDP hypertensive rats, reduce ± dp/dtmax, SBP, but had no obvious effect on PP. The LVSP in 2h, 4 h were (18.21± 1.36)%, 14.52 ± 0.95)%; LVEDP were (10.21 ± 2.31)%, (8.58 ± 0.91)%; ± dp/dtmax were(4730 ±211) mmHg/s, (3932 ±170) mmHg/s; ± dp/dtmax were (2997 ± 128 ) mmHg/s, (2781 ± 120) mmHg/s; SBP were (161.1±11.9)mmHg, (159.4± 11.5)mmHg; compared with the previous administration and the model group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pill had antihypertensive effect on abdominal aortic stenosis in hypertensive rats, the mechanism was its dilating coronary artery, increasing coronary blood flow and decreasing the myocardial contractility.
