摘要
目的评价复方丹参滴丸对冠心病心绞痛患者心率变异性的影响。方法临床诊断冠心病心绞痛患者190例，随机分为对照组92例和治疗组98例，对照组常规西药治疗（如阿司匹林、硝酸酯制剂、β-受体阻滞剂、他汀类等），治疗组在此基础上加用复方丹参滴丸，10粒／次，3次／日，用药前后分剐记录24h动态心电图，评价患者心率变异性指标的变化。结果两组治疗后心率变异性各参数较治疗前均显著升高（P〈0．01），治疗组比对照组升高更明显（P〈0．01），且未出现严重不良反应。结论复方丹参滴丸可以显著提高冠心病心绞痛患者的心率变异性。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills on heart rate variability（HRV） for the patients with coronary heart disease and angina peetoris （ CHD - AP）. Methods 190 clinical diagnosed patients with CHD - AP were di- vided into the control group （92 cases） and the treatment group （98 cases） at random. The control group was treated by the routine western therapy; while the treatment group by Compound Danshen Dropping Pills, 10 pills one time and three times a day, on the base of the routine therapy. These two groups were respectively recorded by 24 - hour dynamic electrocardiogram and the changes of the index of the heart rate variability analyzed before and after the treatment. Results HRV parameters of the groups were both greatly increased after the treatment（ P 〈 0.01 ） , but the parameters of the treatment group was more obviously higher than those of the control group （P 〈 0.01 ） and no severe adverse effects appeared. Conclusion Compound Danshen Dropping Pills can significantly improve HRV of the patients with CHD - AP.
