摘要
针对普光天然气净化厂第一联合装置进口末级硫冷器生产运行中频繁泄漏、热交换器管头产生的应力腐蚀开裂和缝隙腐蚀等问题,通过采用柔性管板结构、优化热交换器选材、改进换热管与管板连接结构等措施对该设备进行了国产化。
The flexible tube plate structure, optimizing the heat exchanger material and the join between tube and tube plate has been adopted in the home-grown sulfur cooler. These measures has been used to solve the continual leakage, the tube end crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking failure of the import sulfur cooler of natural gas purification equipment of Puguang natu- ral gas purification factory.
