摘要
异基因造血干细胞移植是目前治疗白血病最有效的一种手段。移植的适应证及疗效因白血病的类型不同而有所差异;预处理方案的选择根据患者具体病情而定;移植相关并发症主要为感染、移植物抗宿主病、肝静脉闭塞病。该文对异基因造血干细胞移植治疗白血病的研究进展进行综述。
Allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation （allo-HSCT） is the most effective method to treat patients with leukemia. The indication and effect of transplantation is different in the different type of leukemia. Conditioning regimen is decided according to the disease condition of the patient. Infection,the graft versus host dis- ease（GVHD） and hepatic veno-oeelusive disease（HVOD） are the major complications associated with transplanta- tion. This review focuses on the advance of allo-HSCT in the treatment of leukemia.
