摘要
目的探讨诺舒阻抗控制子宫内膜切除系统(NovaSure)治疗月经过多的有效性及安全性。方法对66例月经过多患者进行NovaSure治疗,术后1、3、6、12个月进行电话随访,观察其疗效及并发症。结果 66例均顺利完成手术,术后1、3、6、12个月有效率分别为98.48%、98.08%、97.06%、100.00%,闭经率分别为43.94%、53.85%、55.88%、62.50%,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术中、术后无不良反应发生。结论 NovaSure治疗月经过多疗效好而且稳定,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficiency and safety of NovaSure system for menorrhagia. Methods Sixty-six women with menorrhagia received NovaSure system for treatment. The clinical effect and complications were followed up at months 1, 3, 6 and 12. Results The procedures was completed successfully in all the patients. The rate of efficiency was 98.48% , 98.08% , 97.06%, 100.00% respectively at months 1, 3, 6 and 12. And the rate of amenorrhea was 43.94%, 53.85%, 55.88%, 62. 50% respectively. There was no significant difference in the rate of efficiency and amenorrhea among 1, 3, 6 and 12 months（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. No intraoperative or postoperative com- plications occurred. Conclusion NovaSure shows high and stable efficiency and safety. It is worthy of clinical appli- cation
