摘要 月经过多是一种妇科常见疾病，严重影响女性的健康和生活方式。据统计，普通人群中月经过多的比例高达10％以上[1]。慢性肾功能不全或肾移植术后合并月经过多的患者，肾脏功能受损，常并发肾性贫血、肾性高血压、出血倾向等，难以耐受传统的激素或子宫全切术治疗。诺舒阻抗子宫内膜去除术作为第2代子宫内膜去除技术，
