摘要
该文出于信息共享和逻辑独立性的需要，给出了“数字城市”的三层结构模型；并以此为出发点，对“数字城市”研究中的关键技术进行了描述。
This paper constructs the three-level structure of 'Digital city' based on information-share and logical independence,from which the key technique of 'Digital city' in studying is described.
