摘要
目的：观察中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床疗效。方法：选取2010年8月-2012年8月我院收治的78例慢性前列腺炎患者为研究对象，将其随机地分为对照组和治疗组，对照组39例给予罗红霉素分散片治疗，治疗组39例在罗红霉素分散片治疗的基础上，辅加前列倍喜胶囊治疗，对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为92．3％，明显优于对照组的84．6％，两组对比差异明显，具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎临床效果明显，因此，值得临床推广和应用。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative medicine in treating chronic prostatitis. Methods： From August 2010 to August 2012 in our hospital, 78 cases of chronic prostatitis in this study were randomly divided into control group and treated group. 39 cases of control group were given roxithromycin dispersible tablets. 39 cases of treated group were treated with the forefront of the times hi capsules based on roxithromycin dispersible tablets. The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared. Results： The total efficiency of the treated group was 92.3%, significantly better than 84.6% of the control group. Two groups had significant differences, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical effect of integrative medicine on chronic prostatitis is obvious, therefore, worthy of promotion and application.
