摘要
目的观察前列倍喜胶囊合用罗红霉素分散片治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将120例慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为治疗组(前列倍喜胶囊合用罗红霉素分散片60例)和对照组(单纯服用罗红霉素分散片60例),疗程1个月,结束治疗后,得出各项指标并进行分析评估。结果治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为83.3%和33.3%,治疗组患者慢性前列腺炎症状积分指数明显低于对照组,具有显著性,P<0.01。结论前列倍喜胶囊合用罗红霉素分散片可显著提高治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of an oral Chinese medicine-Qianliebeixi capsule combined with roxithromycin dispersible tablet on chronic prostatitis. Methods 120 Chronic Prostatitis patients were randomly divided into an experimental group （60 patients, treated with Qianliebeixi capsules in addition to roxithromycin dispersible tablets） and a control group（60 patients, taking the capsules only）. The main parameters were collected before and 1 month after the treatment. Results Total effective rates of the experimental and control groups were 83.3% and 33.3% respectively. The NIH CPSI for the experimental group, significantly higher than those for the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Qianliebeixi capsule combined with roxithromycin dispersible tablet can significantly increase clinical therapeutic effect on chronic prostatitis.
