摘要
目的 :报道反相高效液相色谱法测定盐酸纳洛酮片的含量及含量均匀度。方法 :采用C18柱 ,以乙酰苯胺为内标 ,甲醇 -乙腈 - 0 0 2mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液 (1 5∶1 0∶7 5 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 40nm。结果 :在进样量 0 4～ 4μg ,内标物为 0 2 μg时 ,其峰面积比值呈良好线性 ,r =0 9999(n =6 )。方法平均回收率 10 0 1% ,RSD为0 5 6 % (n=9)。结论 :方法简便、准确。
Objective:To determine the content and content uniformity of naloxone hydrochloride tablets(NHT)by HPLC.Method:Using C 18 column,acetanilide as internal standard,methanol-acetonitrile-0 02 mol·L -1 KH 2PO 4(1 5∶1 0∶7 5)as mobile phase and 240 nm as detection wavelength.Results:The linearity of peak area ratio was good when the injected quantity of naloxone hydrochloride was 0 4～4 μg and the internal standard was 0 2 μg respectively( r =0 999 9, n =5) The recovery of this method was 100 1%,the RSD was 0 56%.Conclusion:This method is convenient,accurate and specific.
