摘要
采用高效液相色谱法定量测定盐酸纳洛酮注射液中纳洛酮的含量。该法应用ＹＷＧ－Ｑ１８柱，以甲醇－乙腈－０．０２ｍｏ１／Ｌ磷酸二氢钾溶液（１．５：１．０：０．７５）为流动相，检测波长２４０ｎｍ，用内标法测定，以峰面积计算，盐酸纳洛酮在２０～２００βｇ／ｍｌ呈良好线性（ｒ＝０．９９９９４），平均回收率１００．０３％，ＲＳＤ为１．０１％，方法简便、专属、准确。
A HPLC method was used in the quantitative analysis of naloxone hydrochloride in-jectiOn。The HPLC instrument was equipped with YWG-C18 column,The mobile phase wasmethanol-acetonitrile-0.02 mol/L KH2P0,(1.5:1.0:7.5).The quantitation of naloxne hydrochloride was calculated by measuring the area under relative peak of naloxone hydrochlorideand internal standard.The linearity was very good when the naloxone hydrochloride concentrationwas 20～200 Pg/m1(r= 0. 99994),and the average recovery was l00. 03%士1. 0l%。 The methodwas convenient . selective and accurate。
