摘要
目的 了解 2型糖尿病患者生存质量及其影响因素 ,为制定针对患者的干预措施提供依据。方法 将确诊的 2 0 0例 2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象 ,生存质量量表采用NHP量表 (NottinghanHealthProfice) ,采用线性结构关系模型 (LISREL)进行统计分析。结果 社会因素 (文化程度 ,医疗保健制度 )对 2型糖尿病患者生存质量影响最大 (效应系数γ =0 94) ,其次为合并情况 (γ =0 2 8) ,此外体力活动 (γ =0 14)、糖尿病知识、态度、行为 ,即KAB (γ =0 12 )、血压 (γ =0 10 )对生存质量也有一定的影响。结论 提示对糖尿病患者应加强社会支持力度 ,提高患者糖尿病防治知识的水平 ,尤其是应提高对疾病的认识 ,以健康的心态对待疾病 ,减少合并症的发生 。
Objective To Study the life Quality of Type 2 diabetic and Its Affecting Factors,which is the base of making intervention measures for Type 2 diabetes.Methods The life quality was measured by Nottinghan Health Profice (NHP).,the Linear structural equation model(LISREL)was used to study the affecting factors of life quality of type 2 diabetics.Results It indicated that social factors related(culture,medical care system)were the most affecting factors to life quality of diabetics(effect coefficient γ=0 94),the secondly was complications (γ=0 28)Besides,physical activity (γ=0 14),knowledge and altitude and behavior(KAB)of diabetes (γ=0 12),在 (γ=0 10)also had some effect on the life quality.Conclusion Those implied that something should be done to improve the social supports of diabetics and the knowledge awareness of prevention and treatment of diabetes,especially to improve the cognizance of the disease,so the diabetics may treat the disease with healthy frame of mind to reduce the incidence of complication and improve the life quality.
