摘要
目的了解哈尔滨工程大学离退休及在职人员糖尿病患病情况及影响因素。方法根据1997年美国糖尿病协会的糖尿病诊断标准,通过体检方式进行调查分析。结果被调查对象的糖尿病(DM)和糖耐量异常(IGT)的患病率分别为3.12%、4.25%,且与年龄、职业、血压、高血脂、体重等有关。经字2检验,有统计学意义。结论糖尿病是目前大学教职员工的多发疾病,高龄、肥胖、高血压、高血脂是糖尿病的危险因素。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the prevalence and relevant factors of diabetes mellitus among university functionary in Harbin Engineering University.METHODS According to 1997 diagnostic standard of American Diabetes Association,to investigate the prevalence of diabetes mellitus by clinical examination.RESULTS The prevalence rates of DM and IGT were 3.12% and 4.25%.Aged,job,blood pressure,hyperlipemia,avoirdupois were connected factors.By Chi-suqre test,they were variant.CONCLUSION Diabetes is a major disease in university.Advanced age,obesity and high blood-fat were factors of DM and IGT.
