中青年高血压患者妊娠相关血浆蛋白A、基质金属蛋白酶9与冠心病的相关分析 被引量：3

摘要 妊娠相关血浆蛋白A（pregnancy-associatedplasmaprotein-A，PAPP—A），是一种与胰岛素样生长因子1（insulin—likegrowth{actor，IGF-1）相关的金属螯合蛋白酶，与慢性炎症反应关系密切，在冠心病的诊断和预后方面具有较大的应用价值。炎症应答时多种炎症因子可以上调基质金属蛋白酶9（matrixmetalloproteinase-9，MMP-9）的水平，而在同样具有慢性炎症反应特性的高血压病患者中，
