亚急性甲状腺炎治疗前后血清IGF-1因子水平变化 被引量:4

Changes of Serum Insulin-Like Growth Factors-1 Level in Subacute Thyroiditis before and after Treatment

摘要 目的:探讨亚急性甲状腺炎患者甲状腺功能和血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)水平的变化。方法:采用放射免疫分析(RIA)检测28例经抗生素、肾上腺皮质激素和甲状腺素片治疗前后亚急性甲状腺炎患者和28名健康人(对照组)血清IGF-1和甲状腺激素水平。结果:治疗前亚急性甲状腺炎血清IGF-1水平(714.02±309.74)mIU/mL明显高于对照组(211.13±39.85)mIU/mL,差异有显著性(P<0.01);亚急性甲状腺炎治疗后,患者血清IGF-1水平(91.18±30.83)mIU/mL明显低于治疗前(P<0.01),与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:亚急性甲状腺炎患者治疗前血清IGF-1和甲状腺激素水平明显升高,IGF-1的正常调节受到后者变化的影响;且在治疗后期IGF-1水平下降有助于甲状腺功能的恢复。 Objective:To study the changes of serum insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and thyroid hormone levels in Subacute thyroiditis. Methods:The serum IGF-1 level was determined with radio-immunologic assay(RIA) in 28 cases before and after therapy with antibiotic,adrenocortical hormone and roxine in primary Subacute thyroiditis and 28 normal controls. Results:The serum IGF-1 level (714.02±309. 75)mIU/mL in Subacute thyroiditis was significantly higher than that of IGF-1 level (211.13±39.85)mlU/mL in controls(P 〈0. 01). The serum IGF-1 level (91.18±30. 83)mlU/mL in Subacute thyroiditis patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P〈0.01) and there was also difference compared with that of controls(P〈0. 01). Conclusion.. The levels of serum IGF-1 and thyroid hormone in Subacute thyroiditis markedly'increase and the normal regulation of IGF-1 may be influenced significantly by changes of thyroid hormone levels; and the levels of serum IGF-1 decreasing help to resume thyroid function after treatment.
