摘要
从高频再生体系的建立、农杆菌的侵染方法、导入外源基因等方面综述了芸薹属作物的遗传转化研究进展 ,并对研究中存在的再生成苗。
In this review,advances and problems on the study of Agrobacterium mediated genetic transformation of Brassica ,such as establishment of efficient plant regeneration system and infection method are represented.
