摘要
唐钢第二钢轧厂在硬线钢生产中,采用富锰矿精炼合金化方法,用低成本的富锰矿替代部分高成本的硅锰合金进行锰的合金化,吨钢成本可降低10.26元。该方法应用于实际生产,方法简单,可基本满足生产要求,是降低硬线钢生产成本的有效方法。
The method of refining alloying with high - grade manganese ore is adopted in production of hard wire steel in No. 2 Steel Rolling Mill of Tang Steel, to substitute part of high - cost silicon - manganese al- loy. That can get the cost per ton of steel reduced by 10.26 yuans. This method is simple and can be applied to actual production and reduce the cost of hard wire steel.
