介绍了鄂钢转炉厂采用低拉碳增碳法生产高碳硬线钢的工艺实践,通过控制合适的精炼顶渣和软吹氩制度,产品能够满足用户要求,并提出了进一步改进的意见。
The paper introduces the process practice of producing hard wire steel with high carbon by means of the method, that is, slap stirring before C content meets target value and then increase C. The product can meet custom＇ s requirement by conwalling suitable refining top slag and soft argon stirring system, and it puts forward the furrier improved suggestions.
