摘要
柠檬果皮是重要的柠檬加工副产物之一,含有膳食纤维、果胶等生物功能成分;其中柠檬果皮精油是重要的功能成分之一。对柠檬果皮精油的化学组分、功能作用、提取方法、产品开发应用等方面的研究现状与进展做了简要综述,并对其综合开发与利用前景做了展望。
Lemon peel is one of the most important by-products during its processing, which contains a large number of biological function ingredients such as diet fiber, pectin, while lemon peel essential oil is one of the most important functional components. Research status and progress on chemical composition, functions, extraction methods, product development and application of lemon peel oil were reviewed, meanwhile, the comprehensive development and utilization prospects was put forward in this paper.
