摘要
建立一个粪便中蛋白质含量的测定方法,并进行应用。采用考马斯亮蓝G-250染色法对粪便中蛋白质含量进行测定,轮状病毒(RV)感染腹泻婴儿作为应用对象,以F/t,P<0.05有统计学意义;结果表明,工作曲线在0~100.0μg之间呈现良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.994 5,显色在10 min^20 min稳定,精密度高,重现性良好,回收率达到98.06%,患儿粪便中蛋白质含量水平为7.042 mg/g明显低于健康婴儿18.163 mg/g(P<0.05)。考马斯亮蓝法简单、迅速、准确,是测定粪便中蛋白质含量的有效方法,并为轮状病毒感染腹泻婴儿的营养配方提供参考。
A method of determining fecal protein contents had been established, and clinical application has been done. The content of proteins in feces was determined using dying method with coomassie brilliant blue. Rotavirus (RV) infections diarrhea babies as application objects, and F/t, P 〈0.05,have statistical significance. The working curve which was built up in a range of 0-100.0 p.g had a good linear relationship, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.994 5. It showed that color sta-bility in the 10 min-20 rain,good accuracy, reproducibility and recovery rate reached 98.06 %. The level of protein in feces of patient (7.042 rag/g) was obviously lower than that in healthy infant ( 18.163 rag/g) (P 〈0.05 ). The method is simplicity, rapidity and sensitivity for the determination of proteins content in feces. And for RV infection diarrhea babies it provided basis for nutritional formula.
