摘要
采用示差扫描量热法初步研究了聚己内酯型聚氯酯(PU-PCL)的硬段本体结晶过程及其结晶动力学。提出PU-PCL的结晶过程可分为两个阶段,第一个阶段形成棒晶,第二阶段才形成球晶。
The crystalline process of poly (e-caprolactone) -based polyurethane ( PU-PCL ) was studied by thermal analysis in bulk-crystallization. Blow the range of the crystalline temperature, only an annealling induced endotherm appears. The fastest rate of crystallization occurs at the temperature of 140℃. The shortest time to finish crystallization is longer than 10 days.The Avrami Figer shows two lunear relationships in the time range before and after 96 hours. The value of n is 1.3 before 93 hours and 3.6, after 96 hours , representing the growth of rod-like and sphere crystals respectively.The morphlogy of spherelite was confirmed by SALS. Thus, the crystalline process of PU-PCL can be divided to two steps. The rod-like crystal grows in the first step and the sphernlite in the second step.
