摘要
以羟丙基硅油改性二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)型聚氨酯合成了一种有机硅改性聚氨酯预聚体,将预聚体乳化后制备了一种有机硅改性水性聚氨酯。确定了乳液最佳配方,讨论了各工艺条件对改性水性聚氨酯整理棉织物综合性能的影响。结果表明,原棉织物、聚氨酯乳液整理和改性水性聚氨酯整理的棉织物表面粗糙度(SMD)分别为2.625、2.605和2.190,弯曲刚度B分别为0.0894、0.0869和0.0464,可见聚氨酯乳液整理前后棉织物的表面特性和柔顺性变化不大,但经有机硅改性水性聚氨酯整理后棉织物的表面特性和柔顺性则大为改善。
In this paper, the prepolymer of polyurethane modification with silicone was synthesized using hydroxypropylsilieone oil and diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI) as materials following by emulsification to give the silicone modified waterborne polyurethane. The preparation process was optimized, and the emulsion was ap- plied on cotton fabric finishing. The effect of the reaction conditions on finishing performance was researched. The results showed that the surface roughness SMD of the untreated- , polyurethane emulsion treated- and silicone modi- fied polyurethane emulsion treated cotton fabric was 2. 625, 2. 605 and 2. 190 respectively, and the bending rigidity B before and after treatment was 0. 0894,0. 0869 and 0. 0464 respectively. This showed that the silicone modifica- tion waterborne polyurethane afforded the finished textile with more excellent surface and softness performance than the untreated- and polyurethane emulsion untreated fabric.
