摘要
目的:建立宁神静心片中天麻素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,以Kromasil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱;以乙腈为流动相A,以0.05%磷酸溶液为流动相B,进行梯度洗脱;流速:1mL·min-1;柱温:25℃;检测波长:220 nm。结果:天麻素进样量在15-100μg·ml-1,A=15357C+34136,范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998;天麻素的平均加样回收率为98.42%,RSD%为2.86%(n=6)。结论:所建立的方法准确、专属性强、重复性好,可有效控制宁神静心片的质量。
Objective：To establish a HPLC method for determination of Gastrodin in Ning-shen Jing-xin n tablet.Methods：HPLC method was applied.The analytical column was a Kromasil C1s （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile（A） and 0.05％ Phosphoric acid gradient elute.The flow rate was 1.0 ml ·min-1 and the column temperature was 25 ℃.The determination wavelength was 220 nm.Results：The calibration curve was linear in the range of 15-100 μg·mL-1.The regression equation was A=15357C＋34136,r=0.9998.The average recovery was 98.42％,RSD％ was 2.86 ％ （n=6）.Conclusion：The method is accuracy,specific and reproducible for quality control of Ning-shen Jing-xin n tablet.
