摘要
城市的“畅通工程”最终目标是实现“多”、“畅”、“好”的综合目标 ,不仅需要硬件设施的投入 ,也需要通过管理手段和提高市民素质来加以保证 ,这是一项综合性的系统工程。在大中城市引入ITS(智能交通系统 )实施交通管理是非常必要的 ,它能缓解交通和提高交通容量 ,确保“畅通工程”的顺利实施。
To realize the final goal of 'Smooth Passing Project', it requires not only hardware facilities, but highly improved management and citizens' quality as well. So it is a comprehensive systematic project. It is quite necessary to employ ITS (Intelligent Traffic System) to traffic management in large and medium cities, which can alleviate traffic congestion and increase traffic capacity so that 'Smooth Passing' can be successfully realized.
