摘要
工程结构的装配化要求其各类构件均可独立设计与制造,这与BIM技术中以构件为基础的信息化建模理念一致。因此,BIM技术近年来被广泛应用于装配式工程的施工管理中。桥梁和隧道工程的施工场地的地质环境较为复杂,其预制构件体量巨大,且生产基地与施工现场距离遥远,使得BIM技术在桥隧施工管理中的应用具有诸多特殊性。本文基于多个实际工程,对BIM技术在桥隧工程的数字化施工管理、施工误差管理和预制构件生产管理方面的典型应用进行了介绍。实际应用表明:BIM技术可以合理提升装配式桥隧施工方案的决策效率,有效降低施工风险,在施工全周期内节省成本。
The construction of prefabricated engineering structures requires that various types of components can be designed and fabricated independently.This requirement is consistent with the component-based digital modelling concept used in the BIM technology.Therefore,the BIM technology has been widely applied in the design and construction management of prefabricated engineering structures.The bridge and tunnel projects are commonly built in complex geographical environments,and their components have large size and are prefabricated far away from the construction site.The above properties lead to a series of special considerations in the application of the BIM technology for the construction management of bridge and tunnel projects.This paper takes several practical engineering projects as the background and introduces the multilevel application of BIM technology in the construction of bridge and tunnel structures,including digital construction management,construction error management and prefabricated component production management.The practical application shows that the application of BIM technology in the prefabricated bridge and tunnel structures can improve the decisionmaking efficiency reasonably,reduce the potential construction risks,and save the construction-cycle costs.
