摘要
以五氧化二磷为磷酸化试剂 ,合成了聚乙二醇 (60 0 0 )磷酸酯 .考察了其投料方式和投料温度及反应所采用催化剂种类 ,并采用四水平、四因素正交实验 ,对催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间、反应温度对产品色泽、酯化率等指标的影响进行了综合研究 ,确定了合成聚乙二醇 (60 0 0 )磷酸酯的最佳催化剂和催化剂用量、最佳投料温度及原料配比、反应时间。
In this article the synthesizing conditions of polyethylene glycol (6000) ester of phosphate was researched with polyethylene glycol(6000,400) and phosphorus pentoxide as raw material. Through four factors horizontal orthogonal test, we investigated the reaction temperature(A)、the reaction time(B)、the proration of the raw material(C)、and the quantity of the catalyst(D)s' influences on the ester yield and the colour of the product ,and the optimum synthesizing condition of polyethylene glycol(6000)ester of phosphate was determind
