摘要
研究了以三氯氧磷与正构偶数高碳醇为原料合成磷酸二长直链烷基酯 ( C1 0~ 1 6DAP)的工艺条件 ,考察了物料配比、反应温度和反应时间等因素对酯化反应与水解反应进程的影响 ,通过正交实验方法 ,确定了优化的合成工艺条件。醇与三氯氧磷摩尔比 2 .0∶ 1 ;醇滴加时间 2 .0 h,酯化温度 4 5℃ ,酯化时间 6 .0 h,水解温度6 0℃ ,水解时间 2 .0 h,水解用水量 1∶ 0 .5,磷酸二烷基酯含量 95%以上。
The synthetic process of dialkyl phosphate by reaction of longchain alcohol with phosphorus oxychloride was studied. The influence of molar ratio of reactants, reaction temperature, reaction time on process of esterification and hydrolysis was investigated too. By orthogonal experiments, the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows, the molar ratio of alcohol to phosphorus oxychloride 2.0∶1, the time of adding alcohol 2.0 h, esterfying temperature 45 ℃ and the time 6.0 h, hydrolytic temperature 60 ℃ and the time 2.0 h, the adding water 1∶0.5. The content of dialkyl phosphate was more than 95%.
