摘要
提出了根据三次样条函数插值法对毛细管流变仪测得的聚合物流变学数据进行非牛顿修正的方法。用五点三次平滑法首先对计算出的流变学数据进行平滑,然后利用三次样条函数插值法在实验点处求出相对应的流动曲线斜率,并用其对实验点的数据进行修正。文中并以高密度聚乙烯,200℃时的实测数据为例,进行了实际计算。
A method for non-Newtonia correct of polymer flow in capiJary rheometer is proposed in this paper. The measured data is changed into general rheological parameters and smoothed by cubic function of five points. Then the slope of flow curve is calculated by cubic spline interpolation. The slope is applied to correct the measured data. A real sample (HDPE) is measured at 200℃ and correct here.
