摘要
针对某船厂76 000 DWT散货船上层建筑整体吊装的实际情况,对吊点眼板的角度进行优化分析,通过有限元数值仿真计算分析不同角度的吊点眼板在吊装时的应力及变形情况,绘制应力变化趋势图,找到最优角度。该角度在实际生产中不仅能同时满足两种浮吊的吊装要求,还能提前统一制造,保证吊装计划有序进行,缩短码头周期。
According to the actual situation of lifting and mounting complete superstructure for 76 000 DWT bulk carrier in a shipyard, the angle of the hoisting eye plate was analyzed for optimization. By finite element simulation, the stress and deform- ation during lifting of the hoisting eye plate with different angles were calculated to get the stress change trending figure, so as to find out the optimal angles. In the actual production, this angle not only can satisfy the requirement of the two floating crane hoisting, but also can manufacture unified in advance and ensure hoisting plan produced orderly and reduce the dock cycle.
