摘要
本文结合我司建造的308000DWT原油轮上层建筑整体吊装方案,利用上层建筑整体吊装过程的有限元分析结果,对产生应力和变形较大的位置分别布置应变片和百分表进行测量,从而实现对对上层建筑整体吊装全过程的应力和变形进行监控。
Based on the superstructure's one-piece lifting scheme of 308 000 DWT VLCC built by our company and the FEA analyzing results of the lifting process of superstructure, strain gauge and centesimal meter are laid for measurement in the positions where exist high stress or large distortion to monitor the stress and distortion throughout the lifting process of superstructure.
