聚偏氟乙烯-相转移催化剂膜在NaOH水溶液中脱氟化氢的方法研究

摘要 将聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)和相转移催化剂(PTC)-四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)一起溶解,制成膜,再使其在NaOH水溶液中脱氟化氢(HF)。产物的FT-IR和UV-vis光谱表明,这一方法与Kise和Ogata的方法比较,反应速度大大加快,转化率明显提高,产生了链长更长的共轭链段。研究了温度、时间和催化剂用量的影响后,我们发现,若两种方法有机结合,反应速度会更快,转化率将更高。 Poly (vinyiidene flouride) powder was dissolved with a phase transfer catalyst-tetrabu-tylammonium bromide (TBAB) , and was cast into film, then was immersed in aqueous sodium hydroxide solution for dehydroflourination.The Infrared (IR), Visible, and Ultraviolet (UV-vis) spectra of products showed that the reaction speed of our method faster than Kise and Ogata's. Conversion was apparently elevated. Longer chain sequences of conjugated polyene structure were induced. The effects of reaction temperature, time, and the quantum of catalyst used were studied, and if our method was linked together with Kise and Ogata's, we found that the reaction speed can be quite fast and the conversion very high.
