摘要
本文在埕岛海域海水水质调查的基础上 ,利用静态挂片失重法和电化学研究方法对A3钢及 16Mn钢在埕北海水中的腐蚀行为进行了研究 ,指出了影响腐蚀的主要因素 ,并筛选了适用的除氧剂、缓蚀剂 ,取得了良好的缓蚀效果。
Sea water is to be used for reservoir flooding at Chengdao Oil Fields, Shengli, which is located at the delta of Huanghe River. The corrosivity of the sea water taken from near area is investigated through static weight loss and electrochemical measurements for steel A3(water pipeline material) and for steel 16Mn(water storage tank material). It is shown that the sea water is rather corrosive for these two grades of steel and the main factor in metal corrosion is highly concentrated dissolved oxygen. An oxygen scavenger, Na 2SO 3, and a corrosion inhibitor, SL 2C, are selected out for treating the sea water according to an established technology. Satisfactory inhibition rate is obtained for both A3 and 16Mn in the sea water treated at first by Na 2SO 3 to O 2 content<0.1 mg/L and then by SL 2C(30—40 mg/L).
