摘要
海底输油管道的安全与否直接影响着海洋石油工业的发展和海洋环境的保护。胜利油田埕岛海域所处的位置和环境决定该海域存在海底冲刷,海上工程勘察情况表明海底管道因冲刷悬空非常普遍,给管道的安全运行带来严重隐患。文章结合该海域油气管道的现状,对安全隐患进行分析,并提出治理措施。
There exists seabed scouring in Chengdao sea area of Shengli oilfield owing to its location and circumstance. The offshore reconnaissance shows that the phenomenon of pipeline hanging in the water caused by scouring often exists and it makes serious troubles to pipeline operational safety. This paper analyzes the hidden troubles and then brings forward the settlement measures based on the actuality of offshore oil and gas pipelines in that sea area.
