摘要
本文比较了聚合物KLB及其与交联剂 (GL 1+GL 2 )、酸 (盐酸或氢氟酸 +盐酸 )组成的固砂体系的固砂性能 ,KLB固砂体系是一种吸附膜固砂剂 ,其固砂效果优于聚合物KLB。同时考察了KLB固砂体系的各种影响因素 ,如固结温度、候凝时间、盐酸浓度、氢氟酸浓度、交联剂浓度对固砂效果的影响 ,优选出了效果最佳的固砂剂配方。
This paper presents the results of a laboratory experimental study on sand consolidation by using aqueus solution of AM polymer KLB, inorganic crosslinker components GL 1+GL 2 and acid(s)(HCl or HF+HCl). After being injected into sand packs, the acid(s) in the solution react with sand particle surface and creat at the particles a proper pH sphere where GL 1+GL 2 give high valence metal ion to crosslink KLB molecules and the crosslinked polymer molecules adsorb onto and bridge sand particles together. The composition of the sand consolidating solution is optimized and the conditions of applying the solution are determined. The effectiveness of sand consolidation is determined through water flush experiments.
