摘要
用电导法、紫外-可见光谱法与Brabender流变仪综合评价磷酸氢二钠分别与有机锡、铅类稳定剂协同作用于氯化聚氯乙烯的热稳定效果,结果表明,磷酸钠盐的使用量在1~3份时可获得较好的稳定效果。同时还探讨了上述体系的协同稳定机理是吸收HCl,使主稳定剂减少消耗以及降低稳定反应副产物的有害作用。
Using Conducmatric measurment, UV-visibl spectrometry and Brabender torque rheometer test, thermal stability of CPVC compositions stabilized with disodium hydrophosphat (Ⅰ) along with Pb salts or dibutyltin dilaurate has been measured. The results showed that thermal stability of CPVC could remarkblely be improved with 1-3 phr Na2HPO4. Based on the results, synergistic stabilization mechanism of these systems was proposed.
