摘要
在60D细丝纺丝过程中会在落丝结束时出现条纹丝的情况,且概率较大,长饼到整理后的后续加工过程中,这些条纹丝往往难以达到加工完毕的效果,细丝价格相对较高,所以研究如何减少这些丝并尾丝消耗也成为企业创收的一个利润增长点。本文通过对落丝时间的调整和落丝条纹丝出现的概率及重量,并对不同落丝时间产生的小丝并量进行了综合的研究,力争研究出最佳的落丝时间,以减小消耗。
There is always fringe yarn in the end of 60D filament yarn doffing ,and the fringe yarn always can＇t be reshaped .So it always be treated as waste filament.However the 60D filament is dear.So it＇s a good project to study how to reduce this part of filament waste.In order to find the most appropriate doffing time to reduce the weight and the probability of fringe yarn,we make the reseach in re-adjusting the doffing time.
