共聚物分子内相互作用对PSAN/PMMA共混物相容性的影响

摘要 研究了聚(苯乙烯-共-丙烯腈)(PSAN)/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)共混物相容性与PSAN共聚物中丙烯腈(AN)含量的关系,并以低分子量模型化合物代替PSAN和PMMA,用直接量热法测定其混合物的相互作用参数B,研究了乙腈体积分数φ′_1对B值的影响。 The relation between the miscibility of poly (styreneco-acrylonitrile) (PSAN) /poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blends and acrylonitrile (AN) content in PSAN was investigated. The interaction parameters, B, of low molecular weight analogues of PSAN and PMMA were determined by the direct calorimetry. Effect of the volume fraction φ1' of methyl cyanide on the values B was studied. The results show that there is no specific interaction between PSAN and PMMA. The reason why bleflds of PSAN/PMMA are miscible over a limitedwindow of comonomer proportions is that the intramolecular interaction between comonomers is sufficiently repulsive relative to repulsive intermolecular interactions between PSAN and PMMA.
