摘要
目的对面部进行区域化界定,对面部表浅肌肉腱膜系统和面神经的分支重新定位。方法在头部标本上确定标志点和标志线对面部进行分区,在分区内定位表浅肌肉腱膜系统和面神经分支。依A、B及L3线为坐标,对面神经各分支入肌点进行定位和测量。结果①一侧面部分为"三部九区"。②表浅肌肉腱膜系统肌性区位于面下一、二、三区及面中三区和面上三区;混合性区分布于面中二、三区以及面下二区和面下三区的交接部位。面神经颞支和颧支神经入肌点分布于面中二区,颊支和下颌缘支的神经入肌点分布于面下二区。③在面中一区和面中二区内,有少量"网格样"吻合支。结论 "三部九区"法定位面部表浅肌肉腱膜系统和面神经较为准确客观。
Objective To define the face area by regionalization. Re -locate the Superficial Musculo Aponeurotic System （SMAS） and the branches of facial nerve. Methods The facial mark points and lines on heads were used to zone facial areas. The SMAS and the branches of facial nerve were loca-ted, and the branches of facial nerve were identified and measured by A, B and L3 lines. Results ① Each side of face was divided into ＂three parts and nine areas＂. ② The muscular area of SMAS was in the first , second and third lower face area , extended to the third area of upper , middle and lower face. The mixed area of SMAS was distributed in the second and third lower face area. The temporal and zygomatic branches of the facial nerve were distributed in the second middle face area. The buccal and marginal mandibular branches were distributed in the second lower face area. ③ There were sev-eral ＂grid-like＂ anastomotic branches in the first and second middle face area. Conclusion The method of ＂three parts and nine areas＂ was more accurate and objective on locating the SMAS and fa-cial nerve.
