摘要
目的对皮肤良性肿瘤手术切除后创面美容修复的效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取2015年3月-2016年3月期间我院接受的98例行皮肤良性肿瘤切除术后需修复创面的患者为研究对象,随机双盲原则指导下对患者平均分组,观察组患者的修复材料选用自供皮区的中厚、全厚皮片或皮瓣,对照组患者的修复材料选用自良性肿瘤组织表面皮肤的中厚皮片,比较两组患者美容修复效果。结果观察组患者创面修复总有效率以及护理总满意率均显著高于对照组患者(87.76%vs71.43%,93.88%vs 77.55%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于皮肤良性肿瘤手术切除后创面修复,以自供皮区的中厚、全厚皮片或皮瓣作为修复材料可显著提高修复有效性。
Objective To analyze and discuss the effect of cosmetic repair of skin benign tumor after operation. Methods select 98 patients with benign skin tumor resection that need to repair the wound in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 as the research object.Randomized grouping of patients under the guidance of the principle of double blind.The observation group used self repair materials in thick skin,full thick skin graft or flap.Patients in the control group were selected from the skin surface of the benign tumor tissue. Compare the cosmetic repair effect of two groups. Results The total effective rate and the total satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（87.76% vs71.43%,93.88% vs,77.55%）,and the difference was significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion For the repair of the wound excision of skin benign tumor after surgery,to supply skin area in the thick,full thickness skin graft or flap as repair materials can significantly improve the effectiveness of repair.
