摘要
目的探讨非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清和组织NF-κB p65的表达是否一致,其表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤临床特征的关系。方法免疫组化法检测58例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者组织NF-κB p65的表达,ELISA法检测患者血清NF-κB p65水平。分析血清与组织NF-κB p65表达及与临床特征的关系。结果 58例非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清、组织的NF-κB p65表达率分别为51.7%、55.2%,表达一致率为75.8%。血清及组织NF-κB p65的阳性表达与非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者的临床分期及国际预后指数(IPI)评分有关(P<0.05),而在不同性别、年龄及T、B细胞亚型之间阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论非霍奇金淋巴瘤患者血清NF-κB p65表达升高,可能部分反映淋巴瘤组织NF-κB p65的表达水平,同时与非霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床分期及IPI相关。
Objective To investigate whether the non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma patients and organizations NF-κB p65 expression are consistent with the expression of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma clinical features.Methods Immunohistochemistry is applied to detect 58 cases of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma patient organizations NF-κB p65 expression,ELISA assay of serum NF-κB p65 levels.Analysis of serum and tissue NF-κB p65 expression and clinical features.Results In 58 patients serum,the tissue NF-κB p65 expression rates were 51.7%,55.2%,75.8%concordance rate expression.Serum and tissue NF-κB p65positive expression in patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma clinical stage and IPI score（P0.05）,but between different gender,age and T,B cell subtype expression the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Patients with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma increased expression of NF-κB p65,may partly reflect lymphoma NF-κB p65 expression levels,but also associated with non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma clinical stage and IPI.
