摘要
目的探讨核转录因子NF-κB在肺癌发生发展中的作用及意义。方法应用免疫组化S-P方法检测54例肺癌组织及10例正常肺组织中NF-κB的表达,并探讨它与临床病理学参数之间的关系。统计学采用χ2检验和Fisher确切概率法。结果NF-κB蛋白在肺癌组织中表达增高,与正常肺组织相比有显著性差异,它的表达与患者的年龄、性别、肿瘤的大体类型及分化程度无关,而与肿瘤的组织类型、临床分期及是否伴有淋巴结转移密切相关。结论核转录因子NF-κB与肺癌的浸润转移有关,检测这项指标对肺癌的发生发展有重要的预测作用。
Objective To investigate the role and significance of NF-κB protein in the occurrence and development of lung cancer.Methods 54 cases of lung cancer tissues and 10 cases of normal lung tissues were detected and analyzed their NF-κB protein level by using immunohistochemical S-P method.We also analyzed the relationship between NF-κB protein and clinic pathological parameters.The χ 2 test,Fisher exact test were used for statistical analysis.Results The expression of NF-κB was increasing in lung cancer.The protein level was significantly different compared with that in normal lung tissue.The expression of the protein in primary lung cancers had no relationship with age,gender of the patients and the macroscopic type and histological type of cancer.But it had significant relationship with the differentiated degree of tumor,clinical stage and whether had lymphoid metastasis.Conclusions The expression of NF-κB protein is associated with the invasion and metastasis of lung cancer.Detecting the expression of NF-κB protein may be useful in predicting the occurrence and development of the lung cancer.
