摘要
目的观察帕金森病患者血清中一氧化氮(NO)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)和S-100B蛋白的水平及关系。方法选取112例帕金森病患者作为观察组,依病变程度分为轻度37例、中度45例,重度30例。选择体检证实为健康的成年人70例作为健康对照组,检测2组血清NO、IGF-1和S-100 B的水平,并进行比较。结果观察组血清NO、S-100B水平均明显高于健康对照组[分别为(5.92±1.45)μmol/L vs.(3.80±1.65)μmol/L,(80.57±16.20)ng/L vs.(67.54±22.41)ng/L],而IGF-1水平显著低于健康对照组[(138.14±35.46)mg/ml vs.(168.73±39.75)mg/ml]。观察组随着病变程度加重,NO、S-100B水平升高、IGF-1水平下降,两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组NO、IGF-1和S-100B水平未见相关性。结论帕金森病患者血清中NO、IGF-1和S-100 B的异常表达对促进患者病程的进展可能有一定作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of NO,IGF-1 and S-100B in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods Selected 112 cases of Parkinson.disease as the observation group,according to severity as mild in 37 cases,mode rate in 45 cases,30 cases of severe.Select examination confirmed 70 cases of healthy adults as a healthy control group,serum NO,IGF-1 and S-100B level were tested and compared.Results In the observation group,serum NO,S-1008 were significandy higher than healthy controls[(5.92±1.45)μmol/L vs.(3.80±1.65)μmol/L,(80.57±16.20)ng/L vs.(67.54±22.41)ng/L],while IGF-1 levels were significantly lower than the healthy control group[(138.14±35.46)mg/ml vs(168.73±39.75)mg/ml].As the lesions in observed group aggravation,NO,S-100B levels increased,IGF-1 level dropped,pairwise comparisons were statistically significant differences(P0.05).In observation group,NO,IGF-1and S-I00B level showed no correlation.Conclusion Parkinson's diseases patients' serum NO,IGF-1 and S-1008 abnormal expression have a certain effect in promoting the progression of disease.
