摘要
目的 探讨跳跃性脊柱骨折的诊断和治疗方法。方法 2 2例中手术治疗 12例 ,保守治疗10例。结果 漏诊率达 2 2 7% ;按Frankel功能分级 ,手术治疗和保守治疗脊髓功能均有恢复但差异不明显。结论 对该类损伤要明确受伤机制 ,仔细检查 ,以防漏诊。适当放宽手术指征 ,警惕其他脏器合并伤。
Objective To discuss methods of diagnosis and treatment of spinal jumping fracture with spinal cord injury. Methods Among 22 cases, 12 were treated with surgery and 10 with conservative treatment. Results It was easy to ignore this injury especiallly one vertebral fracture and dislocation were found. According to Frankel classification, the results treated with surgery or conservation showed notable difference. Conclusion It is very important to know the mechanism of these injuries to avoid misdiagnosis. The patient must be checked carefully. Early operation is good, but one must know whether other organs are damaged at first.
