摘要
目的总结关节镜分型治疗膝关节骨关节炎的临床经验。方法根据术前采集的病史、体格检查以及X线片的表现，对110例118膝膝关节骨关节炎施行分型治疗。结果随访所有病例0．5～5年，显效71例（64．5％），有效33例（30％），无效6例（5．5％），有效率94．5％。结论术前仔细检查和分型，结合关节镜手术是治疗膝关节骨关节炎的良好选择。
Objective To summarize the experience of staging treatment for knee osteoarthritis under arthroscopy. Methods According to the case histories,medical examinations and X-rays of 110 cases （118 knee） with knee osteoarthritis, the staging treatment was carried out under arthroscopy. Results All cases were followed up for 6 months-5 years. The results were excellent in 71 cases （64.5 % ）, good in 33 （ 30 % ） ,poor in 6 cases （5.5 % ）. The effective rate was 94.5 %. Conclusion Good results can be obtained with proper arthroscopy operation after cautious preoperative examination and staging treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
