摘要
目的 :探讨上颌窦梨状孔联合进路手术中泪道的保护和修复。方法 :回顾总结 1996年 2月至1999年 3月上颌窦梨状孔联合进路手术 2 0例中泪道的保护和修复。结果 :18例手术后无泪溢现象 ,2例出现术后流泪。结论 :熟悉掌握鼻泪管及其临近解剖结构 ,手术中对损伤泪道采取正确的补救措施和及时的术后治疗是预防术后泪溢的重要环节。
Objective:To explore the value of lacrimal passage protect and repair in operation of combined access of sinus maxillaris and pyriform aperture Method:20 cases accepted this operation were retrospectively analyzed Result:All of them had no epiphora except 2 Conclusion:Familiarity with the structure of lacrimal passage and timely repairment are important to avoid postoperative epiphora.
