摘要
本文报告对１１例鼻腔肿瘤患者行鼻侧切开术中泪道的处理，改变传统手术中常规将泪道结扎、切断的方法，而是将骨性泪道全程开放，使泪囊、鼻泪管游离后加以保护，待肿瘤切完后将泪道复位、固定，术后效果良好，无溢泪及泪道逆行感染．文中具体介绍了手术方法、适应证的选择原则及术中操作应注意的问题．
Management of lacrimal passage in lateral rhinotomy of 11 patients with tumor of nasal cavity were reported in this paper.The lacrimal sac and naso-lacrimal duct were preserved by opening the total bony lacrimal passage instead of ligation and amputation. The lacrimal sac was restored and fixed after remove the tumor. Postoperative effect was good without lacrirnation and retrograde infection of lacrimal passage.We also introduced method of operation,selection of indication and precaution in the operation.
