摘要
采用有限元计算方法,计算核电汽轮机低压转子稳态额定负荷工况、冷态启动工况及正常停机工况的温度场和应力场。计算分析结果表明:该低压转子在稳态额定负荷工况、冷态启动及正常停机工况下,强度设计合格,结构设计合理。
The temperature field and stress field of a low pressure rotor for nuclear steam turbine were calculated under steady-state rated load, cold start and normal shutdown conditions using finite element method. Calculation and analysis results indicate that the low pressure rotor has qualified strength design, rational structure design and reasonable start up and shutdown curves under steady-state rated load, cold start and normal shutdown conditions.
