摘要
用有限元软件对某国产300 MW汽轮机组滑参数停机的高压转子进行了建模,对边界条件进行了适当处理,计算了高压转子的温度场和应力场.计算结果表明,调节级叶轮根部及高压转子末级叶轮后根部的热应力较大,这些部位是汽轮机滑参数停机的重点监视部位.研究结果对汽轮机滑参数停机提供了一定的参考.
A high pressure rotor modeling was developed for a 300 MW domestic steam turbine, and a temperature field and stress field was calculated in this paper. The result will provide a certain reference for a steam turbine slippery stopping optimized.
